If you watched the Golden Globes you probably noticed the sea of black as well as many Time's Up pins.

Time's Up is a legal aide fund to help victims of sexual harassment and abuse in the workplace.

Although, it was started by some of Hollywood's elite, they are hoping to help people of all walks of life.

According to their website:

TIME’S UP is a unified call for change from women in entertainment for women everywhere. From movie sets to farm fields to boardrooms alike, we envision nationwide leadership that reflects the world in which we live.

Also, on their website is a letter of solidarity you can sign as well as a way to donate to the fund.

If you want to hear from the women of Hollywood who helped put it together, there will be a panel discussion including Oprah, Reese Witherspoon, Shonda Rhimes, America Ferrera, Natalie Portman, and more on CBS This Morning this Sunday (January 14).
