One Violator in Sioux Falls Liquor Check

A check of Sioux Falls businesses with off-sale liquor licenses turned up one violator on Wednesday.

Detectives say one business of the 26 that were checked made the sale to an underage person.

The business was identified as the Pump 'N Pak at 5108 North Cliff Avenue.

The clerk who made the sale will have to make a court appearance on a charge of furnishing alcohol to a person 18 to 20 years old.

As always, police say the random checks will continue.
