Northern State Students Try To Ban Smoking

Students at Northern State University in Aberdeen are trying to clear the air on campus.

NSU's Student Association is collecting signatures to ban smoking everywhere on campus except parking lots. The referendum requires 200 signatures to force a student vote.

NSU and SDSU are the only state universities that do not have a campus wide ban on smoking.
