Northern South Dakota Man Indicted for Fatal Crash

An Edmunds County Grand jury has indicted an Ipswich, South Dakota man on charges related to a fatal traffic crash in February of this year.

James Michael Stahl, 18, was indicted on one count of first-degree manslaughter, and one count of hit-and-run resulting in death.

The Attorney  General's office says the charges stem from a fatal crash on February 9th of this year in which Stahl was driving and his passenger was thrown from the vehicle and killed.
