New University of Wyoming President Hired From SDSU

University of Wyoming trustees Friday announced their choice of South Dakota State University administrator Laurie Nichols as the next UW president. Nichols is provost and executive vice president for academic affairs at SDSU.

Nichols’ three-year contract includes annual base salary of $350,000, a $48,000 housing allowance, $25,000 retention payment and $35,000 contribution to a retirement fund.
