Here's a restaurant concept that Sioux Falls needs.

Take a group of culinary students, who have the dream of creating the next generation of dining, give them a location with good traffic, and let them serve you a meal for 8-bucks!

I'm in.  Are you?

In Charleston, West Virginia a place called the Carver Cafe is only open two hours one day a week.  These students get the practical experience they need in the reality of business while honing their craft.  This isn't a first.  I'm sure we'll see more of these in the future.

And the food they turn out is fabulous.
