My Wife and Daughter Donate Their Hair [VIDEO]
So proud of my girls, especially my four year-old!
My wife Crystal and daughter Jackie got their hair cut and donated it to the Pantene Beautiful Lengths program, which gives real hair wigs to women fighting cancer.
This was the fourth time my wife did it, but Jackie had only had one haircut before and that was just a little trim to get rid of her tangled ends. I was not expecting a drastic haircut to be something she would want to do because she loved her long hair. But the idea of giving her hair to “sick kids,” as she likes to say, made her totally fine with it.
Jackie loves to give, even if she’s a bit of a Robin Hood about it. She’ll swipe change from my dresser or truck and stick it in her pink piggy bank. That’s the one that she keeps money in to give to the “sick kids” during the Cure Kids Cancer Radiothon we do every year.
