Most Liked New Shows

Every fall there are a slew of new shows that fill up our TVs. Some will make the cut and go on to be part of TV history and some will not.

E! online recently did a poll asking what the public's favorite and not so favorite new network TV shows were. The #1 favorite didn't really surprise me.  I've seen a ton of people on social media talking about this show. And down at the bottom, I don't watch any of them so I guess I know what's up.

The Top Ten are as follows:

1.  "This Is Us", NBC

2.  "Designated Survivor", ABC

3.  "Timeless", NBC

4.  "American Housewife", ABC

5.  "Speechless", ABC

6.  "Conviction", ABC

7.  "The Good Place", NBC

8.  "Pitch", Fox

9.  "Bull", CBS

10.  "Man with a Plan", CBS

Down at the bottom of the list was the Fox show "Son of Zorn" at #20.  Another Fox show "The Exorcist" was second worst, followed by the CBS shows "Kevin Can Wait", "MacGyver", and "The Great Indoors".

The only new show I decided to give a try was "Pitch" and it's in the top 10 so I must have good taste. I watched the pilot of "This Is Us" and it definitely pulls on the heart strings. I might go back and rewatch the season later.

I honestly get disheartened about starting new shows because every time I find a new one I like it usually gets cancelled. I don't like being let down like that.

We will just have to wait and see how long these shows will last.
