Frustration mounts when a routine is jumbled.  So take a moment of appreciation for normalcy as construction projects begin and conclude in Sioux Falls.

One such project took a little longer than anticipated, but is complete.  The lane closure on Madison Street west of I-29 started Friday and finished Monday.  A little spot concrete repair was done to the inside eastbound lane that sparked a small closure.  The before and after pictures show proof of performance.  Initially the work should have been done on Friday, but the barrels were removed late Monday afternoon.

This Madison Street project is not to be confused with the more extensive work being done between Western Avenue and West Avenue.  More attention will be paid to that project in a future edition.
