A friendly face in a familiar place is a good way to describe Torii Hunter's return to the Minnesota Twins.

According to multiple reports, Torii Hunter has come to a one year deal worth $10.5 million dollars.

This reunites the Twins and the outfielder after Hunter was not only drafted by the Twins, but after debuting in 1997, spent a decade with the club before leaving in free agency to Los Angeles to play for the Angels after the 2007 season.

The 39 year old was reportedly drawing interest from the Baltimore Orioles and Texas Rangers.

Last season, Hunter was a member of the Detroit Tigers and hit .286 with 17 home runs and 83 RBI's in 142 games.

The five time all star will certainly bring some more stability to the roster and leadership to the clubhouse as the Twins try to start anew with newly hired manager Paul Molitor.
