Man So Hammered Cops Held His Head Up For Mugshot [PHOTO]

Last Thursday was not a good day for Sean Payne of Humble, TX.

Payne was arrested outside a bar for public intoxication. He was, allegedly, so hammered that he could not hold his head of for the mugshot. As you can see in the photo, it required two officers to take his photo, not counting the photographer.
