Man Fully Restores Grandpa’s ’57 Chevy for Surprise Birthday Gift

Talk about the perfect birthday gift. A man in Louisville, Kentucky recently restored a 1957 Chevy Bel Air and gave it to his 81-year old grandpa as a birthday present.

Cam Dedman spent the last year and several months trying to fix up the classic car. See his grandpa had the car when he was 28-years old and it has since been sitting in the garage collecting dust. The vehicle hasn't been drive-able since 1976.

So with a little bit of elbow grease, the car was finally fixed. So with friends and family gathered around, it was time for the big reveal. With tears in his eyes, his grandfather said, “Oh man it's beautiful.”
