Major Sioux Falls Food Giveaway {VIDEO]

Pastor Jeff Hayes of Faith Temple Church in Sioux Falls says a food giveaway is set for Friday.

"We are expecting about three thousand pounds of meat.  All together we'll have about twenty thousand pounds of food.  It will be in the Armory Building at the Sioux Empire Fairgrounds.  The doors open at 3 p.m.  The food will be passed out at 4 p.m."

Pastor Hayes says everyone is welcome.  "No questions asked!  We just believe that people that are struggling will come out and get food.  If you know people that are having a tough time, feel free to come out and get a box of food and take it to them."

Since the weekly food giveaways began, over three and a half million pounds of food have been given away.
