Lindsay Lohan is adding "groupie" to her resume, because, well, what other work is she getting?

Problem is, she may be jeopardizing her legal fate by doing that. (We know. Like she cares.)

E! Online reports that La Lohan won't appear at a court date on Dec. 12, opting instead to jet for London and Dubai with f-buddy Max George and the Wanted.

To be fair, LiLo isn't required to be at the hearing -- her long-suffering lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley will be there reppin' her -- but her boozy, party-hard antics aren't going to win her any favors with the judge.

(For all three of you able to keep track, this particular hearing is for misdemeanor charges including willingly resisting arrest, obstructing or delaying an officer in the course of their duties, providing false information to an officer and reckless driving. These are all from her June 8 fender bender on the Pacific Coast Highway.)

On the bright side, LiLo may escape drama with the band, providing no one offers her a tarot card reading or anything.

“I think we proved to ourselves we can stay out of trouble and we can keep her out of trouble this week,” George said backstage at Z100's Jingle Ball in New York City (where Lohan was his guest). When asked what Lohan “brings to the table,” George replied tactlessly, “She always brings vodka to the table.”

He added to Us Weekly, “It’s fun, she’s a good girl. She can party nearly as hard as we can.”

Sounds like love. And other drugs.
