Country singer and noted man-stealer LeAnn Rimes is fresh out of her stay in rehab for stress and anxiety she brought on her own damned self. Yay?

To celebrate her new zen sense of being, she immediately booked herself on a talk show to discuss her emotional pain with Katie Couric. Because everyone knows the best way to stay stress-free is to tell the world all about your life-crippling paranoias.

(She's a very private person, you guys.)

Rimes spent her 30 days in rehab dealing with trust issues because she was worried husband Eddie Cibrian was cheating on her -- maybe because when they got together, they were both married and cheating on their respective then-spouses with each other.

As she tells Couric about her anxiety on an episode of 'Katie' set to air Thursday, “No one can quite understand why you hurt so badly.”

We know what you're thinking. "No one? Not even other people with anxiety? Not even other people with depression? No one?"

To which we say, hey, Judgy McJudgerson, no one can understand LeAnn Rimes' deep dark pain. IT'S HERS AND HERS ALONE.

As she will gladly tell you, however, all that has changed. She's a new Rimes now, grabbing on to the second chance she's been given. “How many people get to [start] over again in this day and age?" she asks Couric, adding to our perception that she thinks she's the lone denizen of Planet Earth.

That said, she's not saying she won't call your home and yell obscenities at you for getting into a Twitter war with her. And she's not saying she won't sic her lawyers on you for recording that emotionally-stunting phone call.

Seriously, no promises.
