Katy Perry Drops New Song ‘Chained To The Rhythm

Katy Perry released her new song "Chained To The Rhythm" last night. The lyric video for the song is out as well. And it is weirdly awesome. It  is shot from the view of a kid playing. There is tiny furniture and frying pans, it's cute.

The song is one that doesn't hit you on the first listen as being good. I've heard it four or five times now and each time I "get it" a little more.

The track also features the obligatory rap break done well by Skip Marley, who is the grandson of the late Bob Marley.

The singer is also scheduled to perform at the Grammy Awards on Sunday starting at 7:00 PM on CBS.
