Justin Bieber Turned Away From Hollywood Club, Sued By Paparazzo Who Was Allegedly Threatened With a Gun

Never a dull moment on Planet Biebs. Justin Bieber had a busy weekend, and not all of it was good.

The singer, 19, was turned away at Lure, a Hollywood hotspot on Saturday, June 8. He’s not the legal age of 21, but he still tried to get in and party with Christina Milian and Reggie Bush, among other B-listers. He was also slapped with a lawsuit alongside his bodyguard over their handling of a paparazzo.

Re: the club incident, Le Biebs arrived at 7PM, after someone from his team had looked into clearing things so that the underage singer could be on site. A source said that one of his goons “had come earlier in the day and told the club that he would be showing up. The club told him they wouldn’t let him in because he’s not 21.”

Not one to heed the rules and warnings, Biebs came anyway, with the source saying he “tried to sneak in through a back door.”

While The Biebs was outside trying to get in and haggling with the people at the door, rapper Game was onstage and saw the commotion and gave the teen a shout out. While it was a cool gesture, it totally blew up The Biebs’ spot.

The source continued, “The Game was on the mic at this point and saw Bieber trying to get in and shouted that Bieber was on his way inside That’s when security saw him and escorted him out immediately. He left right away, he seemed really embarrassed.”

Burn!

In other not-so-good Bieber news, Jeffrey Binion, the photographer who pleaded for his SIM card not to be stolen by Bieber and his team, is now suing Biebs and a bodyguard named Hugo Hesny, claiming he was threatened with a gun. Binion filed a report on June 5, alleging that he was attacked when trying to snap the singer outside of the Hit Factory studio in Miami. He also says that the singer was the chief mastermind behind the incident and his goons were just carrying out his commands.

TMZ reports that Bieber ordered his henchmen Hesny to throw Binion, who insists he is a pro, not a paparazzo, against a wall. Hesny says he was grabbed him by the throat, and “displayed a gun,” which was in a holster under his shirt, while he and the other bodyguards took the memory card from his camera.

Binion is claiming bodily injury, pain and suffering, mental anguish and incurred medical expenses. His lawyer Russell S. Adler said, “Justin Bieber is now an adult, and he should act like one. He needs to learn that he cannot use bodyguards as weapons to harm innocent people. Bieber’s violent behavior toward photographers must end, and he should take responsibility for his actions. No amount of fame or fortune justifies Bieber’s shameful and outrageous conduct. To send him that message and deter his misbehavior in the future, we will seek punitive damages against him as allowed by Florida law.”

At the heart of the Binion case is that Hesny is not licensed as a bodyguard in Florida and he doesn’t have a permit to carry a concealed weapon in the state, so says the lawyer.

Adler is right about one thing. Biebs is an adult now that he is 19. He himself even shared an Instagram photo to further prove his adulthood, featuring a single, solitary beige bra that landed on stage at one of his gigs. That’s a rite of passage – when female fans toss their bras! He captioned the shot: “I guess everyone grows up.”

That they do, Biebs. They also face the consequences of their actions.
