Justin Bieber Contest Winners [Photo]

We recently gave away Justin Bieber tickets along with spending cash when he was playing in the Twin Cities. Our winner Rachel Maras along with her daughter and niece sent us pictures from the concert! They had amazing seats and happy tears!
