Job Opening: State Park in Florida Looking for Mermaids

If you are looking for a career change where you can dress up like a mermaid and get paid for it, this is your dream job! The Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, just north of Tampa, is looking for new additions to their team of mermaids.

According to abcactionnews, the park will be holding open auditions on January 13, 2018. You will be tested with your water skills including a timed, 300-yard endurance swim as well as treading water for ten minutes.

You must be able to work a minimum of four days a week and you will get paid $10 an hour. You won't be making a ton of money but hey, you are a mermaid and you will be living in Florida. To apply must RSVP for an audition spot by emailing weekihr@gmail.com, no later than January 11.
