How does golfing help to distribute wheelchairs?

Swing away at the annual Hope Haven International Golf Benefit Wednesday, May 21st at Willow Run Golf Course.  Shotgun start at 11:00am.  And hot grilled pork chops provided by Central Catering.

Once again this year your four-person team will raise funds to support the wheelchair ministry of Hope Haven.  Hundreds of volunteers in the U.S. and other nations make international outreach possible by donating their time, talents and resources. They collect, clean, repair and box donated wheelchairs and other equipment.

Wheelchairs are given to people in desperate need in developing nations, and not distributed in the United States. They are a small gift that make a life changing impact for the recipients, their families, and even entire communities.
