If you enjoy the sound of an Espresso machine and the smell of freshly brewed coffee, this news you'll probably like.

The World Cancer Research Fund International, along with the American Institute of Cancer Research, have just completed a large scale study on coffee - and have concluded that yes, coffee consumption does appear to lower your risk of liver cancer. Liver cancer, by the way, is the number two most deadly cancer worldwide.

The researchers also concluded, however, that consuming over three alcoholic beverages a day - along with obesity - is, in fact, a risk factor for liver cancer. So, go ahead and have that extra cup of coffee before leaving for work - the after work drink with your buddies, you may wanna pass on.
