I Went to Jazzfest

One more thing checked off my Sioux Falls To Do List! I finally attended Jazzfest. It only took me about six years of living here to do so.

I attended Saturday night. The headliner was Grace Potter. This was my second time seeing her live. I also saw her perform at Saturday in the Park in Sioux City.

Two things clinched it for me in going to Jazzfest. 1. There wasn't an SVU marathon. 2. The weather was beautiful Saturday afternoon/evening.

My friend and I arrived around 8ish to Yankton Trail Park. We did a thorough walk through of the food vendors before making a decision. I chose a funnel cake as did she. Then we set up our chairs and enjoyed the music while eating our funnel cakes as the sun set.

Once the sun set, it got a bit chilly, but I was hanging in, enjoying the music. And then while I was perusing Twitter I noticed something.
