This happens more then I care to admit. I make notes so I can remember ideas that I have. That's what all the experts say to do, keep a notebook handy so you don't miss any good ideas. Then when it's time to go back and spin those fibers of an idea into gold, I find this:

Well good. That's helpful. I'm sure glad that I wrote that down. I don't even remember writing it down, so I have no context to backtrack my thoughts. Did I want to know what time something started or ended. Did I want to revisit Living Colours's 1990 album Time's Up? Or watch the Justin Timberlake move In Time again (His mom is young!)?

Now I'm paranoid that I've missed an appointment or meeting. Of course I wouldn't write down "Go to meeting at 1:30pm." I would just write "Time." That's totally something I would do.

Well, I seems that now I need to start making notes on my notes. Then maybe I could enter those notes into a spreadsheet so I can cross reference them and sync it with my calender and have messages sent to my phone with reminders. Great idea! Let me write this down.
