A major conference on human trafficking is underway in Sioux Falls on Friday.  Law enforcement, social services workers and health care providers are looking at the issue of human trafficking.

The day long event includes panel discussions featuring Kevin Koliner, Appellate Chief for the U. S. Attorney's Office and Linda Miller, executive director of the Civil Society.

In light of the symposium, I spoke with Brendan Johnson, U. S. Attorney for South Dakota.   Check out the audio interview with Johnson,  You'll hear about the victims of the crime and the people behind human trafficking.
