As you may know I get up about 3am each day and I'm at the studio just before 4am for work.  And I get about six hours of sleep.  Now I can function on that.  But for others and maybe you, that's not enough.

I always remember the saying 'you can sleep when you're dead.'

Through an average lifetime if you put a calculator to it the amount of Zzzzzz time we spend sleeping is 25 years.
