PIERRE, S.D. (AP) - The director of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in San Francisco is visiting Pierre on Wednesday to meet with Gov. Dennis Daugaard and other economic leaders.

Jeff Leung has directed the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in San Francisco since August 2009. Leung is responsible for strengthening the economic, trade, investment and cultural ties between Hong Kong and the western United States and assisting in investing, doing business or traveling in Hong Kong.

The Capitol Journal reports (http://bit.ly/13aLIgF) that in addition to meeting with Daugaard and lawmakers, Leung will speak at a luncheon co-organized with the South Dakota Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
