Here’s How They Park a Car in Iowa

I know we got a little bit of snow over the last couple of days but none of it really stuck. So the lines in parking lots are still visible. So I'm trying to figure out why this car from Iowa parked like this. The Minnesota vehicle parked next to it is in it's spot slightly better.

I'm just wondering if Tasha got a new vehicle? She parks like this in our parking lot sometimes.
