This is definitely something I would have never thought we would see. And as far as we know, it's never happened before now.

Fans will not be allowed to attend Wednesday afternoon's game between the Orioles and Chicago White Sox in Baltimore. This is due to Monday's riots near Camden Yards.

It is believed to be the first game without fans in Major League Baseball's 145-season history.

MLB has also announced that Saturday and Sunday's scheduled games between the Orioles and Tampa Bay will now be played in Tropicana Field instead of Oriole Park.

The reason is fan safety, with the city of Baltimore still getting back on its feet after rioting Monday night.
