If reading a great book while sipping on a great cup of coffee really appeals to you, this is something you'll enjoy. The Grounds for Thought Club meets on the third Thursday of each month at the Prairie West Branch Library on the corner of Discovery Avenue and 26th Street. So your next opportunity is coming up on Thursday, November 20th from 10 to 11:30 a.m.

This is a BYOC (bring your own cup) activity! You bring the cup and the library will fill it with coffee. This month you'll be reading and discussing the book Plainsong by Kent Haruf, a novel the New York Times said was a novel "so delicate and lovely, that it has the power to exalt the reader!".

You do need to register to get involved so call Krystal Pederson at 978-6899 or get more information here.
