Glitches Overcome in Vote Tabulation

The County Auditors office was a buzz of activity just after 7:00 PM on Tuesday April 12, 2106 as preparation was underway to tabulate votes for the joint Sioux Falls City and Sioux Falls Public School board election.

The votes were tabulated despite several glitches, including issues with the memory sticks in some of tabulating machines that are used to transfer information.  Machines were rebooted to correct the issue from time to time, delaying the tabulation process.

All votes were counted in approximately three hours.
