From a musical perspective, it would be hard to top last week's 'Britney 2.0' edition of 'Glee,' with its eight epic Britney Spears tracks. This week's 'Makeover' episode features only four songs weaved into a story about Blaine running for student council president and trying to makeover his running mate Sam into a serious, mature candidate.

Blaine preps Sam on how to sound intelligent to win over the student body. While "Slaine" or "Blam" — take your pick of cute team names — take on Brittany and Artie in the school election, Blaine sings the Tears for Fears ode to ambition, 'Everybody Wants to Rule the World.' Brittany and Sam face off in an intense duet on Hole's 1998 rock hit 'Celebrity Skin.'

Sarah Jessica Parker makes her highly-anticipated 'Glee' debut this week playing Vogue editor Isabelle. Her character teams up with Rachel and Kurt on a medley of the 'Annie' musical song 'You're Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile' and Fred Astaire's 'The Way You Look Tonight.' Isabelle actually handles most of the lead vocal duties on the show tune medley.

Rachel gets a second opportunity to shine when she sings with Brody on the episode's final number. The new guy keeps up nicely on a rollicking version of Sheryl Crow's 'A Change Would Do You Good.'

'Makeover' airs on FOX at 9PM ET on Thursday, Sept. 27.
