No, George Clooney Isn’t Gay. Just Ask His Sister.

For some reason, whispers have always persisted that George Clooney is gay — probably because he always has trophy girlfriends but never a trophy wife.
He doesnât seem to care what anyone says or thinks, but apparently his sister is tired of all the talk. So she’s trying to put the rumors to rest.
Because itâs always fun to seem like youâre just as awesome as your famous siblings, brothers and sisters of celebrities will sometimes talk to the press on their littermatesâ behalf. This time, it was Clooneyâs sis chatting with the New York Daily News and saying heâs not light in his loafers — heâs just not likely to take a wife.
Well, you know, except for Talia Balsam, to whom he was hitched for like a minute in the early ’90s.
Anyway, Adelia Zeidler, the aforementioned attention-starved sister, told the News that her brother’s reluctance to marry again has a perfectly logical explanation: He’s awfully busy, and “if he was going to get married he would want to be a husband and be somebody who would be there, who would have the time and the ability to focus on the family and the home and all of that.â
For his part, Clooney has made it clear that he doesnât care what anybody thinks, and he refuses to adamantly deny the gay rumors because it would be an insult to his gay friends to make it seem like batting for that team is something terrible. Heâs happy, he says, and his private life is private.
Sorry, Stacy Keibler. It’s good your man likes the ladies, but heâs never going to make an honest woman out of you. Maybe you should get in touch with JLo — she likes to get married, and as of Tuesday, there are a few more states that would be happy to let you ladies tie the knot.
