Is it a good idea to friend your boss on Facebook?

It's a professional ethics dilemma for many.

Cornell University recently did a study and found some folks have even gone as far as to unfriend Facebook itself rather than having to make that decision.

So - if you get a Facebook friend request from your boss, should you accept it or should you ignore it?
