Fawick Park will be buzzing with families, lawn chairs, the smell of popcorn and a really big screen on Saturday nights this summer.  Downtown Sioux Falls has announced their free Moonlight Movies lineup for the Summer of 2016:

  • June 11, 2016: Aladdin, Rated G, (90 minutes)
  • June 18, 2016: Minions, Rated PG, (91 minutes)
  • June 25, 2016: Cool Runnings, Rated PG, (98 minutes)
  • July 2, 2016: Paddington, Rated PG, (94 minutes)
  • July 9, 2016: Where the Wild Things Are, Rated PG, (101 minutes)
  • July 16, 2016: Inside Out, Rated PG, (102 minutes)
  • July 23, 2016: The Incredibles, Rated PG, (115 minutes)
  • July 30, 2016: Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Rated PG, (103 minutes)
  • August 6, 2016: Cinderella (2015), Rated PG, (112 minutes)
  • August 13, 2016: Hook, Rated PG, (144 minutes)
  • August 20, 2016: Brave, Rated PG, (93 minutes)
  • August 27, 2016: Annie (2014), Rated PG, (118 minutes)

Moonlight Movies begin at dusk every Saturday night in June, July and August at Fawick Park, 2nd Avenue between 10th and 11th Street.  You may know the park as the one with the Statue of David at the 10th Street Bridge.

Bring a blanket or lawn chair.  Snacks including popcorn, gelato, soda and water will be available for a nominal fee.
