SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — The former Roosevelt High School teacher accused of taking video of women using a camera attached to his shoe has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Dallas Wilkinson, who was arrested July 8, 2015, faces four misdemeanor counts of taking pictures of people without their consent.

Wilkinson, a former social studies teacher, was seen on a grocery store security camera standing near a woman and placing his foot with a camera attached to his shoe between a women's legs.

Wilkinson has since resigned from his position at the school.
