Florida Doesn’t Want O.J. Simpson When he is Released from Prison

The juice is about to be loose again and the sunshine state has no intentions of welcoming him when he is released from prison.

O.J. Simpson is going to be released from prison on parole in October and had plans on living in Florida, however, the Florida State Attorney has said he isn't welcome.

Last week, the AG, Pam Bondi sent a letter to the Florida Correction Department asking that they deny any future request to have Simpson live in Florida.

According to the New York Post, she wrote:

"Floridians are well aware of Mr. Simpson's background, his wanton disregard for the lives of others, and of his scofflaw attitude with respect to the heinous acts for which he has been found civilly liable," Bondi said in the letter, according to New York Post. "Our state should not become a country club for this convicted criminal."

According to reports, the Nevada parole department must grant Simpson request to live outside of the state and then that state would have to agree to the transfer.

Although the Florida State AG isn't the one to make that decision, clearly she is putting pressure to make the decision a 'No' for Simpson returning to Florida.

Other than having property in Florida, Simpson would like to move to Florida so that he would be exempt from having to shell out his NFL pension money to the the Goldberg family stemming from the wrongful death lawsuit dating back to his double murder trial from the 1990's.
