  SANBORN.

* THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING

* WEATHER CONDITIONS...SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE
  THROUGH MID EVENING THEN QUICKLY TRACK TO THE EAST. A SECOND
  ROUND OF THUNDERSTORMS ARRIVES AFTER MIDNIGHT AND IS EXPECTED TO
  PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.
  RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES IS POSSIBLE...WITH LOCALLY
  HIGHER AMOUNTS OF 4 TO 5 INCHES.

* IMPACTS...HIGH RAINFALL RATES WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING
  QUICK PONDING OF WATER IN RAPID RUNOFF OR POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.
