I know the big talk of the weekend is Star Wars, but some other big movie and TV trailers were released this week that got me feeling all kinds of emotions.

First, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is a prequel to Harry Potter. I have to admit, even as a Harry Potter fan, I didn't read this book, but the movie looks amazing. J.K. Rowling even wrote the screenplay so its gotta be good, right? Plus, Eddie Redmayne is in it and I love him.

Just have to wait about a year for that one, no big deal.

Second, Fuller House finally has some sort of glimpse into the new Netflix show! Premiering in February, Fuller House will follow DJ Tanner as a widow with three kids. Sound familiar. She moves back home to have help raising her kids.

I have to be completely honest here when I say the first time I watched this I got goosebumps. We don't even see the cast, but just hearing those familiar voices and catchphrases was all I needed to get super excited for this. Plus, Miranda Lambert's "House That Built Me" was a perfect song for this! February is soo close!

Third, Independence Day Resurgence. Admittedly, when they announced a sequel to Independence Day I had the biggest eye roll. Leave it alone! The movie was great. Everyone has been saying it for awhile. Hollywood has totally run out of ideas, but then I saw the trailer. Will Smith won't be back, but my weird old man crush, Jeff Goldblum is present and accounted for! And Judd Hirsch. I love Judd Hirsch. I want him to be my Jewish grandpa and I'm not Jewish, but I love him.

Whoever's idea it was to use Bill Pullman's speech in this trailer is a genius! Love!

Summer can't come soon enough.
