Parade starts at 8:30am on Dakota Avenue from 8th-13th Street. Field prelims at Howard Wood Field at 11:15am and the Field Finals at 6pm at Howard Wood. 30 bands from 4 states will march in the parade and 20 will participate in the field performance.
