2015 Scout – O – Rama Dr, Dr, Gimme the news!
Date: Saturday, April 11, 2015
Location: Sanford Research, Sanford Center 2301 E 60th St. N
Use the NORTH entrance of the research center near I - 229 and I – 90.
Activity Time: 9am – 2pm

This year’s theme is Medicine. We want our youth to have the opportunity to learn about the healthcare professions. Come see Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts and Venturing Scouts in action. Scouts will be presenting all sorts of things related to Medicine, Emergency Preparedness and Healthcare. They will also be earning advancement awards. If you don’t want to come for the Scout advancement opportunities, come for the Scouting and family events:
• Tour Sanford’s Research Lab. • Have a seat in a Medstar ambulance.
• Watch mom and dad donate blood • Tour Sanford’s mobile simulation vehicle.
while you learn why it is important. • Meet doctors, nurses and techs.
