Ed Sheeran Is the Ultimate Birthday Gift for One Super Fan

Ed Sheeran is out on tour down under right now and he decided to make a special appearance for one special fan.

Jess Knight is a huge Ed Sheeran fan. She bought tickets for Ed's tour early on, then she got some terrible news. She was diagnosed with cancer.

When the day of the concert came around she was in no shape to go to the show. But that didn't stop her and her friends from launching a huge social media campaign to try to get Ed to come meet Jess.

Well, it worked and on Jess' birthday Ed was the best birthday present ever!
