It was hard to handle the mandible apparently in Sioux Falls over the weekend. Police cited four separate incidents involving people getting bitten.

One incident involved the bite victim going attempting to enact revenge. A man was walking his dog on South Western Avenue on Friday evening. The neighbor, 44 year-old Dean Hillstead, bent over to pet the dog.

Hillstead also allegedly made threats to kill the dog according to statements made to Sioux Falls Police. Charges against Hillstead include Aggravated Assault, Burglary and Intentional Damage to Property.
