Why Can’t We Put Toilet Paper On the Roll?

I'll admit, I am guilty of this. I don't know why I can't seem to put the new roll on the toilet paper holder thingy. (??) It may be because I'm in a hurry and I don't take the time to do it, but that's really not an excuse. I don't think there is an excuse... just reasons.

Maybe you are ACTUALLY in a hurry and that is 30 seconds you don't have to spare?

Maybe the spring in the roller is defective and it's hard to do?

Maybe you just prefer to access your toilet paper this way?

If you think about it, it would be worse if there was no new roll at all.

Dana D. Priebe: Over the top is wrong. Underneath is the way to go so kids can't spin the roll causing it to be completely strung out. Underneath just let's it spin without it coming undone. Andy's right!
