Do You Have the Leadership Gene?
If you think you just don't have what it takes to be a leader - you might be right. According to new research, it may be genetic.
Researchers at the University College of London found a gene - they call rs4950 - that they say is common in people good at taking charge.
They agree that leadership, yes, is a skill. But judging from their research, they argue that at least a quarter of leadership ability can be explained by genetics.
They're now doing research to determine if environment and education also play a part in one's leadership abilities.
