Decorah Eagle Lays First Egg of the Season

What do Katy Perry, Beyonce, Taylor Swift and the Decorah Eagles have in common?  They all get multimillion hits on their websites.

One of the most amazing things to witness is the miracle of a new life.  And just ahead of the madness of March with basketball games your time will now be spent checking on this nest.  After Wednesday's hatch we now wait to see if there will be more.

I had been checking for the last couple of weeks and wasn't seeing any signs of the first egg.  As an avid nature enthusiast my attention has been on a pair in Rome, Georgia.  There, number one hatched on Friday the 13th.  Two days later number two said hello.  You can watch their new family here.
