Last night on DWTS it was America's choice for the first round and Team dances were featured in the second round.

The first round, America's choice, meant that fans picked the dance style, music, and costumes. Everything went pretty much per usual. Everyone did pretty well except Tommy. I mean, don't get me wrong, Tommy Chong is doing amazingly for someone his age and with a knee injury, but it is just hard for him to keep up with these younger couples, especially when there is more than one routine each week.

The real awesomeness of this episode came in the second round. The team dances were amazazing. I had to add an extra za because they were so good.

Alfonso of course started it off with Witney and Lindsay in their team paso double to Lil Jon's epic ballad "Turn Down For What." Somehow, this worked and it blew my mind. I don't even know how to describe. Just watch.

It was more of a paso hip-hip, but whatever it was I want more of it.

Mark and Sadie went in a totally different direction with their team dance. Usually, you don't want the pro brought in to be the same gender as the 'star' because they may pale in comparison, but Mark and Sadie picked Emma as their third. It was so pretty and beautiful. Their foxtrot was elegant and poised and cute. And Sadie danced right up to snuff with Emma. And they finally got scores they deserved! Plus, Mark isn't too bad to look at in that tux!

Janel and Val have been creeping up the leaderboard. They are coming for Alfonso for sure. In their team dance they did a salsa with a tribal feel. There were clouds of smoke all Lebron style and there were lifts and splits and body parts in places they shouldn't have been. I found it interesting to watch, but I don't know if it was for good or bad reasons. lol

Some of those lifts were awkward, right?!?!

In the end, Tommy was safe! Shocker!

Sadly, that meant Lea was sent home. I was totally bummed she got booted because she was one of my picks for top three from the starts. Love you Lea!
