Buzz Bishop (not pictured) says he was just being honest when he wrote that his older son is "my favorite of the two." However the daddy blogger's truth-telling hasn't sat well with many of his readers, who have expressed their surprise and outrage that he would put something like that on the internet.

It all started in a post Bishop -- who is also a radio host -- had written about how he met his wife. In it, he mentions he likes his five-year-old, Zacharie, more than his to two-year-old, Charlie. Thanks to some swift condemnation, he followed that up with another post, titled "Admit It. You Have a Favorite Kid. I Do."

"Yes, I have a favorite son and I'm not ashamed to admit it," he wrote. 'I'm guessing you could look deep in the mirror and admit you have a favorite too. My choosing Zacharie as my favorite is not about 'playing favorites,' or 'preferential treatment' when I'm parenting. I don't let Zacharie get away with anything because he's my first pick, I just .. y'know .. like him better."

Bishop somewhat softened his stance by saying he loves them both the same. And he also suggests his reason for liking Zacharie more may have a lot to do with him being older, and thus he can "do more fun things."

Nevertheless, it's going to be pretty harsh for little Charlie when he starts to grow up and learns how to search the internet. Do you think Bishop has committed parental malpractice?
