CVS Slashes Price of Generic EpiPen, Two Locations in Sioux Falls
CVS Pharmacy is now selling a generic competitor of Mylan's EpiPen at almost half the price.
The pharmacy chain is now selling Adrenaclick 2-packs for $109.99. That is about 1/6 of the price of the controversial EpiPen.
And in case you didn't know, there are now two CVS locations in Sioux Falls at each of the Target stores. CVS bought Target's pharmacies last year.
I realize that drug companies are charities. They are businesses. But any business I spend money with had better have a soul.
While no one in my family needs the life saving injectable drug, but a friend whose family does need it said this on Facebook: "Please support your local CVS Pharmacy. This is a bold move showing the company valuing life more than revenue."
