If you're a fan of the popular eatery Bev’s on the River in Sioux City, you better plan one final trip to eat there before Sunday.

The long time Sioux City restaurant that overlooks the Missouri River will be closing its doors on January, 1 (2017). Bev's has been a fixture in the Sioux City dining scene since 2005.

Bev's departure makes way for Sioux City to get their first Crave restaurant. Crave already has a location here in Sioux Falls, along with six additional locations in Minnesota and single restaurants in Omaha, Las Vegas, and the Washington, D.C., metro area.

Just like the Crave in Sioux Falls, the one in Sioux City will offer a riverside view, and specialize in contemporary American cuisine that offers everything from bison burgers to sushi. The Sioux City Crave will also feature a full catering menu and service.

Kaskaid Hospitality the management company behind the Crave location in Sioux City says the new restaurant is scheduled to be completed by February.
