Costco Gets a Location

Costco has purchased 15 acres for a Sioux Falls store on Wednesday for a cool $4 million. The site will be located at 41st Street and Grange. Costco started looking at a Sioux Falls location in mid-2011. They plan to start working on the site May 1 and open by fall!
